- New Product Development strategic planning, analyzing market data pre and post-launch, maintaining product development pipeline timelines and deliverables and also executing a market launch plan.
- To manage end to end marketing activities - managing brand plans, setting strategic direction and working on innovation plans.
- Cost saving initiatives, price negotiation, complete market competitive reviews to understand product gaps.
- Ensure compliance with brand standards along with various points of execution and plan development.
- Developing new categories within the brand along with New Product Development responsibilities, collateral materials for ATL, BTL activities, product mix.
Qualification : Graduate + MBA
- Ideally, the candidate will have experience in both food products as well as beverages
- Main products to handled - Chips, snacks, Ketchup, Pickles, Mayonnaise
- Experience in Africa would be an advantage
- Energetic and self-motivated Professional
- Able to contribute positively to the growth and success of the company
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
