Required for an Indian multinational provider of information technology (IT), networking technology solutions, Integrated Engineering Solutions (IES) and Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) to various industry verticals and horizontals, specifically to BFSI vertical. Job Responsibilities - This role is for their India Domestic BPO Division to be based out of Mumbai A] Candidate will be engaged in multiple projects around BFSI. B] The role will require hunting and farming, managing client relationships and managing end to end delivery of client engagements. C] Drive new BFSI engagements with clients and grow existing client engagements and ensure a quality of deliverables D] Liaison with the client to understand the business problem, processes and implementation challenges E] Manage end to end delivery including requirement gathering, solution design and business recommendation. Work closely with statisticians to develop solution framework - Identify statistical techniques, implementation mechanism, tracking campaigns and pilots F] Conceptualize modeling framework, define data requirement, create predictive variables and coordinate model implementation with other business partners, and create experimental designs to understand drivers of business performance G] Leverage expertise in advanced statistical techniques to validate the model outcomes generated by the statisticians and aligns it with the business needs and implementation plan. Job Requirements - A] He/ she must possess strong leadership capabilities, banking domain exposure, designing and implementing models and interpretation of modeling results. (Should have a minimum of 5 years experience In BFSI) B] He/ she must have exposure to global best practices in Analytics for Banks hence the prior experience of working in the Financial Services domain and implementing analytics for global corporations C] Candidate should be between the age of 28 to 35 years and should have good exposure to field sales. D] MBA from reputed business school
