Primary Role Deliverables:
- 10+ years (voice) network engineering experience.
- 10+ years enterprise level experience with Cisco Unified Communications Manager, Cisco Unity Connection, Cisco Voice Gateways, Avaya/Nortel TDM environments and SONUS environments
- 3+ years of management and/or leadership experience.
- Experience managing Voice Engineering teams responsible for Cisco or Avaya Voice Systems
- Experience in a highly regulated industry like financial services, government, and health care
- Motivating and leading a team of Voice Engineers.
- Engineering and implementing the voice infrastructure supporting Voice over IP services.
- Provide guidance over implementation, maintenance, support, and decommission activities.
- Daily administrative management.
- Adherence to enterprise architectural standards.
- Provides timely delivery of complex solutions involving Voice over IP technologies.
- Maintains a strong working relationship with service providers.
- Provides solutions for production support issues.
- Maintains positive working relationships with Service Delivery teams, Lines of Business, and other Technology organizations.
- Technology Expertise in the CUE and CME space Roles
- Primary Contact for our international business partners
- Create Deliver and Drive follow the sun processes
Secondary Role Deliverables:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience working with engineering and support teams in a highly collaborative manner
- Experience in on-shore/off-shore model

- Experience directing and overseeing highly technical troubleshooting & complex analysis efforts for prompt/efficient business recovery of major issues.

- Demonstrated ability to organize and manage multiple tasks, set priorities, adjust workflows and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced team environment.

Job Responsibilities:
- Manage work requests for the Voice Applications team. Determine complexity of the request and assign to the appropriate Voice Engineer.
- Manage related projects within the Voice Applications area of Voice Engineering.
- Manage the Cisco and Avaya vendors for supporting the Cisco and Avaya enterprise voice systemsKeep track of all on-going work, issues, problems and changes.
- Appropriately communicate plans, status, successes, and challenges.
- Manage Change Control in the Voice Application areas.
- Ensure all changes follow the change control process and minimize risk to the environment.
- Manage the on-going support activities for keeping enterprise voice applications up to date with patches, upgrades, and/or replacements.
- Manage all compliance and governance requirements within the Voice Applications environments
