Role : The primarily responsibility of the role is NAV generation, validation &amp; reviewing all internal &amp; regulatory reports &amp; preparation of financial statements/Fact Sheets in accordance with Regulations Education Background : CA / Post graduate in Finance Work Experience :3 -4 years of Similar experience Critical Skills Required : Experience on market and trade practices, Knowledge on MF asset classes and products, Core experience in NAV, Reporting and preparation of financial statement, Knowledge of SEBI MF Regulations. Role Purpose : 1.&nbsp; To generate and release NAV as per the regulatory cut-offs on daily basis 2.&nbsp; Ensuring all MIS(Regulatory &amp; Internal) are provided with accuracy. 3.&nbsp; Preparation of financial statements in accordance with Regulations 4. Ensure that all SEBI/AMFI regulations/circulars pertaining to valuation, income/expense accruals and investment restrictions are adhered to. Key Accountability : - Ensuring that NAV movements are inline with underlying portfolio / bench mark - Preparation &amp; Checking of financial statements in accordance with Regulations.&nbsp; - Handling Audits and liaising with auditors for timely and successful completion of audit. - Running daily security valuation and computation of prices of security non-traded/ traded on exchange or public reporting platform - Ensuring distributed surplus is correctly computed in accordance with SEBI Regulations / Accounting policies - Ensuring Cum / Ex dividend NAVs are properly computed - Ensuring accurate accounting of DDT &amp; Dividend - Validate and verification corporate action data. - Ensuring accurate MIS, both internal and statutory are provided within the stipulated / agreed time. - Computation and analysis of scheme performance - Preparation of Fund factsheets - Preparation of monthly and half yearly portfolios - Preparing daily cashflows for Fund of Fund schemes, accounting of trades, expenses, valuation and comparison returns with benchmarks.
