Job Profile :

- Handling operation, compliance, Finance, accounts of NBFC.

- Expertise in day to day Operational work like Disbursement & Repayment of funds through Online Banking Facility, Securities Pay in and Securities Pay out of Clients and pledging & Unpledging of shares.

- Securities Based Lending Products with broad experience in all aspects of account opening, accounting, auditing, reconciliation (funds & Stock), Risk Assessment, Interest Calculation and financial management.

- Preparation of Credit Approval Memos and reports for credit appraisals.

- Timely reviewing of the fundamentals of the company for the promoter funding deals.

- Preparation of list of Approved Scrips on monthly basis and reviewing the scrips on regular basis.

- Daily monitoring risk at client level and follow up with the RM's & clients for the margins.

- Co-ordination in Sanctioning of Funds, Account activation, Debit Notes, Client Ledgers, NBFC's Ledgers, Interest Ledgers & daily MIS reports for Loan utilized Limit, Security level concentration by client.

- Capital Market and Corporate Finance - Operations Process : - Margin Trade Funding, Loan against Shares, IPO Financing, Promoter Funding, Structured Funding & Wholesale Debt market products
