Are you an experienced FMCG Trade Marketer passionate about building brands and driving sales in the competitive Foods and Personal Care landscape? We're looking for a National Trade Marketing Manager to architect and execute winning strategies across all channels.
In this critical role, you will be the bridge between our brand goals and marketplace execution. You'll own the development of channel-specific plans, manage promotional campaigns from concept to completion, and cultivate strong partnerships with our key distributors and retailers. Your focus will be on maximizing brand visibility, optimizing trade spend, and ultimately delivering measurable sales growth.
What You'll Do:- Strategize & Plan: Develop data-driven national trade marketing plans for Foods/Personal Care; analyze market trends and competitor actions to seize opportunities.
- Activate & Execute: Design and implement compelling promotions, impactful merchandising, and effective POS; ensure flawless execution in the field.
- Manage & Analyze: Own the trade marketing budget, track ROI rigorously, and report on campaign effectiveness.
- Partner & Collaborate: Build strong relationships with channel partners; conduct joint business reviews; equip the sales team with the tools and training needed for success.
What You Need:- MBA/PGDM (Marketing) from a top-tier institution.
- 8 + years of FMCG experience, primarily in Trade Marketing, Channel Management, or Sales, with a proven record of success (Foods/Personal Care experience preferred).
- Deep understanding of retail channels, shopper behaviour, and effective trade marketing levers.
- Strong analytical, strategic thinking, project management, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel essential); CRM/TPM experience is beneficial.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and collaborate effectively across teams.
- Willingness to travel nationally.
