While Process knowledge and execution is integral part of profile, People management forms the critical skill set to achieve the same. The ideal candidate must have experience working in a large setup with good communication skill and willing to work out of any location. Technical expertise would be an added advantage. Job Description : - - Spearhead Regional MHTC operations. - Accountable for achieving the target performance Metrices of cost, Speed and reliability. - Develop, mentor and motivate the team in the region to achieve higher goals. - Need to build and maintain Lean culture in all facilities - Work closely with Linehaul and City logistics for optimization of Network in his region - Support the central team /Design team in new initiative and projects. - Drive on-the-ground implementation of any new technology/System/Processes in his region. - Assisting F&I and Design in validating the new asset requirements.
