Position - Modern Trade Manager (Beverage)

Reporting - GM Marketing

About Client
It is an Indian Leading FMCG company headquartered in Bangalore, Karnataka.
Key Roles:
- To Manage modern trade business for pan India and responsible for Regional and National Key Accounts.
- Responsible for delivery of volume and value targets, category market share and in-market execution through effective route-to-market choices, team management and winning with customers.
- As KAM responsible for building, sustaining and leveraging relationships, listing and linking of new products, deciding promotional schemes, closing joint business plans and calendars and ensuring growth.
- Manpower planning, training and development of team after need identification.
- Preparing provisioning and growth reports on a monthly basis to optimize spends and monitor growth and profitability of the region.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- MBA in Marketing from a premier B school.
- Excellent communication skills
- Needs to have the ability to build an excellent rapport with all key contacts
- Analytical ability.
- Preferred Candidate having experience in handling Beverage Product.
- Looking only for Female Candidate.
