Manager - Modern Trade - FMCG - IIM/ISB/MDI/FMS (5-10 yrs)
Job Description :
The key responsibilities of the role are :
- Develop and manage a long term customer strategy and relationship with key accounts
- Lead and develop new Key Accounts - Modern Trade.
- Achieve all key sales measures and targets
- Develop the customer promotion and product launch plans, ensuring excellent execution
- Achieve KPI's targets and excel
A successful candidate/applicant will have the following attributes :
- 5-10 years of experience in the FMCG (Dairy products) sector is a MUST
- MBA from a premier B- School
- Currently working as, a Regional Key Account Manager is a MUST
- Should have handled West and North region in current/previous company
- Should have handled key accounts like Big Bazaar, D-Mart, Reliance, Metro, etc.
- Ecommerce accounts like amazon, big-basket, grofers, etc.
- Highly analytical and numerate
- Having excellent communication skills.
- Candidate will be based out at Mumbai. He/she must have covered Mumbai, Pune, Nagpur, Chandigarh, Delhi in current or previous company.
