Manager - Modern Trade - FMCG

We are looking out for candidates for Manager - Modern Trade with Top FMCG Brand for Bangalore(Handling South) and Delhi (Handling North).

Candidates will be responsible for:

- Sales performance of Cash and Carry Channel for the assigned Region / Territory in India.

- Assist the Channel Manager- Cash and Carry in delivering the overall regional sales objectives

- Work closely with the Sales Team.

- To evolve & achieve Strategic Annual Operating Business Plans for the defined National Key Accounts.

- Develop channel by conducting Strategic Alliance tie-ups, consumer promotions, building relations & image of overall existence of the company.

- Planning and Negotiating strategic alliances with key chains

- Developing quarterly activity/ promotional calendar specific to outlet and chain

- Liasoning with Marketing/ Merchandising for branding activities at stores

- Responsible for Controlling Prominent Shelf Space and Merchandising Unit Positioning in all Key Accounts.

- Develop new business opportunities by Tracking and Projecting new business ideas.

- Operate/ Achieve Channel Costs as budgeted for the year

- Evaluate The Performance / Health Of The Distributors on a quarterly basis & take actions to improve the business and profitability of the distributor.

- Maintain a Database of all Outlets (administrative, commercial, business details)

Key Skills Required:

1. Candidate must have good communication skills.

2.Should have experience in handling key Accounts.

3. Candidates from FMCG industry preferred.

4. Age should not be more than 33 Years

5. Should be ready to relocate to Bangalore or Delhi

6. Degree / Diploma in Business Management or related subject preferred

7. Must have good exposure in Sales

8. Minimum 1-2 years responsibility for handling Modern Trade in India

9. Knowledge of good MS-Office skills.

10. Cash n Carry or Modern Trade experience preferred.
