Manager - Modelling - BFSI

- Graduate qualification in Statistics, Operations Research, Mathematics, or Engineering

- Knowledge of credit scoring techniques and/ or Capital estimates methodology. Well developed conceptual thinking, and ability to plan detailed analysis to meet more strategic objectives evidenced through experience in managing an analytical project.

- Strong analytical, numerical, research and problem solving skills

- Expert level programming skills in SAS and other data manipulation scripts.

- Team management - should have experience in line or project management

- Well developed written, verbal, and interpersonal skills

- Commercial focus with detailed understanding of the credit risk management process, retail products, portfolio management and business writing strategies.

- Knowledge of advanced machine learning, NLP, and visualization techniques
