Manager - Model Development
This role will be responsible for supporting Wholesale Credit Risk Analytics / Financial Crime Compliance and data-driven decision making across the Group and regions.
The incumbent will be accountable for computing Model Risk to the Group which includes quantitative analytics function spanning across the entire region.
Desired Skillset :
- Graduation / Post Graduation degree in Engineering (Tier 1 Institute), Statistics, Mathematics, Economics on any other quantitative discipline
- Looking for candidates from analytics background who has expertise in Machine learning / Artificial Intelligence in the aspect of model development/building/enhancement/ validation etc.,
- Advance SAS / R / Matlab / Python/Cloud knowledge is mandate for the role
- Exposure to risk model development, Economic Capital, Stress testing, risk management, commercial banking, and wholesale-related products is preferred.
- Should be highly skilled in communicating complex ideas, Machine Learning and advanced Analytics techniques to investigators and front-line staff.
- Should be adept in using MS Office with exceptional MS Excel Skills. Exposure to VBA will be advantageous.
- Experience and Exposure to visualization technologies such as Qlikview/ Spotfire/ Tableau will be added advantage.
