Digital Marketing expert with end-to-end ownership of paid user acquisition for web & apps. The person should be eager to learn, a big fan of metrics, mad about A/B testing, an optimization maniac and have laser focus on growth, growth & growth.
Responsibilities:
Strategy:
- Lead marketing strategy for paid user acquisition for all web & app marketing channels.
- Manage paid marketing campaigns for web signups and provide projections & budget requirements for the next two years
- Create product requirements for web landing pages for efficient scale from SEM, Display, FB & other Mobile heavy web channels.
- Constantly look at competitors and provide SWOT analysis and identify their success factors.
- Keep pace with digital marketing industry trends, new channels and other developments in mobile marketing.
Execution:
- Should have prior hands-on experience on search, display & app heavy channels.
- Drive traffic as well as maximize ROI for all paid marketing campaigns.
- Conceptualize & implement paid marketing campaigns.
- Drive conversions through re-marketing campaigns. Identify the right channels to re-target users.
- A/B test: audience targeting, ad copy, creative, landing page and more.
- Strong understanding of bidding strategies for various ad platforms.
Data Analytics :
- Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques to determine actionables
- Ability to analyze competitor strategies and recommend changes in our strategy.
- Administer ad platform tools for purposes of targeting, bid optimization, running a/b tests, diagnostic reporting and analysis.
- Monitor and administer web analytics dashboards, reports and key reporting tools, and point out key areas of importance in goals.
- Monitor and evaluate results and performance across the major channels.
Tools:
- Extensive Knowledge of Ad Platforms: Google App campaigns, Google Ads Mweb campaigns
- Must have worked on app channels integration with Adjust/Appsflyer/Branch or similar mobile measurement tools.
- Experience on analysing deep insights using competitor insights tools like SEMrush/Similarweb or similar tools.
- Mobile marketing ad platforms experience (AdMob, Adcolony, Airpush) or any other mobile marketing tools, if any.
- Experience on any App or mobile web notifications tool like Webengage, Mixpanel, One Signal etc is a plus.
Qualification & Experience:
- Extremely data driven individual with 4+ years of relevant experience
- Experience with B2C products.
- Experience with app install campaigns with CPA or ROI based targets.
