Building specific channel transformation initiatives under the Direct Life program, through in-sighting based on analytics & understanding / feedback from field teams 2. Close collaboration with inter functional & field teams for designing & deployment of key Direct Life initiatives. Work closely with AVP - Direct Life to ensure effective & efficient roll-out & adoption of efficiency improvement initiatives in the channel 3. Managing data flows & reporting for the initiatives that fall in purview 4. Monitoring results, socializing information amongst stakeholders, supportng field teams with requisite inputs to ensure traction on initiatives 5.
