A leading NBFC group is looking for an HR Manager MIS who will have the following responsibilities:
Managing HR-related MIS (HRMIS)
- Ensuring headcount data is clean - i.e. that processes are in place to ensure that all information (personal data, promotions, business group, benefits cost centres, attendance records, CVs etc) is accurately captured
- Performing analysis relating to employee churn and attrition, trend analysis, etc.
- Providing inputs into senior management meetings, executive committees etc.
- Working with allied departments like Finance and Payroll to ensure accurate information is being provided and obtained
Skills/experience
- Experience with managing HR information including headcount data
- Familiarity with HR systems
- Grasp of HR policies
- Strong excel skills
