Manager - MIS & Business Information - DTH (8-15 yrs)
ROLE PURPOSE :
- Preparing and maintaining Daily/Weekly /Monthly Reports
- Forecasting and trend analysis for volumes and materials
- Work with department heads for Budgeting and annual operating plan
- Analyzing reports and providing potential solutions for situation
- Automate MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Word using VBA
- Creating small database solution using SQL/ MS Access and MS Excel
- Create dashboards and publish to individuals
- Creating web forms link to database
- Working on MS SharePoint for document / list management and workflows
- Cater to ad-hoc reporting and analysis requests by the management
Knowledge Requirements :
- The candidate should be well versed with advance MS Excel/MS Access/VBA macros/ Excel charts
- Sound knowledge of Excel formulas, Pivot & queries tables, name ranges etc
- Sound knowledge of Microsoft SharePoint
- Preferred basic SQL and Power BI knowledge
- Knowledge of SAP BO
- Good experience of power point
