About our client :

Our client is a leading business process and software services provider serving multiple industries with key focus on the financial services industry.

Essential duties and responsibilities include the following (other duties may be assigned) :

- Monitoring and adhering SLA's, daily/weekly/monthly reports

- Provide necessary support for quality team for Data analysis and other reporting needs

- Facilitate and implement best MIS reporting practices

- Understand Quality Management reporting needs and provide inputs

- Coordinate and communicate regularly with QC team/ops team and Quality Managers, AVP

Skill set Required :

- Strong commitment to Quality standards, flexibility, thoroughness & adaptability

- MS access, MS excel, VBA, SQL programming knowledge, MS Visio, MS PowerPoint

- Good in MS excel (advanced functions including Macros)

- Strong commitment to Quality standards, flexibility, thoroughness & adaptability

- Exposure to third party reporting tools like celsius, cognos, crystal reports etc. is preferred

- Good communication Skills

Facility : Bangalore

Total Experience : 7 to 10 yrs. with min. 5 yrs. hands on exp. in MIS reports analysis & generation

Min. Qualification : Graduate/Post graduate preferably in statistics

- Looking at candidates who can join within 1 month

Salary Range: 8-12 LPA
