Manager - MIS - BFSI (0-5 yrs)
Responsibilities:
- Prepare Month / Quarter end financials - PL / BS / Cash Flow
- Setup an Internal Review Process to document the Month end Provisions, Depreciation, etc.
- Prepare Comparatives with PY Nos. & prepare a Variance Analysis Report explaining major variances
- Monitor Critical PL & Balance Sheet Parameters like DPO / DSO & DOH
- Prepare and Monitor Critical costs vs. Key Measurement Criteria to derive, monitor & improve on the variances
- Prepare such other reports as directed by Management from time to time
- Prepare the detailed calculations for Advance Tax & ensure timely payment
- Prepare Year End Audited Financials / Tax Audit Reports / Related Notes & Schedules as per Law
- Co-ordinate and manage the Statutory Audit Activities
- Supervise the Inventory Reconciliation Team & ensure Inventory Accuracy through periodic / perpetual Count at DC- s
Skills & Requirements:
- Experience Required - 0-5 year Experience in a Similar Role in a Retail / FMCG / HoReCa industry
- Skills sets Required- Analytical Mind set, Business Oriented
- Experience of working on - SAP, MS Office Expert - Excel / Word PPT / Visio (would be advantageous)
- Excellent knowledge of - Applicable Laws - Companies Act / IT Act / GST, Expert with Nos., Expertise in Reviewing Financials / Financial Ratios, Good with Internal Controls
- Strong interpersonal skills in - Is a Team Player should be able to interact with Various Functions within Finance as well as Operations in ensuring timely delivery of Reports
Educational Qualification: MBA - Finance / CA / CA (Semi Qualified)
Exposure: Retail / FMCG / HoReCa industry
