Job Purpose: - Be the custodian of real time MIS and reports needed/ sought by Donors from various segments. Work closely with all internal departments to gather base data and create meaningful reports that can positively position the development work going on at IITB under various projects sponsored by the Donors. Ensure Donors delight by sharing periodic insightful progress reports on various ongoing projects and innovation work happening at IITB. Key Responsibilities: - Liaise with all internal departments to gather the raw data require for building effective, efficient and automated MIS. - Generate MIS that drive insights and management action - Set up reporting machinery including formats, designs, lay-outs and periodicity of reports that can be automated for pre-defined frequency - Strive to digitize the report generation and delivery - Ensure Donors delight by ensuring periodic triggers and delivery of pre-defined reports
