Manager - Micro Strategy Development - Investment Banking

One of our leading investment banking clients in Gurugram is looking Manager role with MicroStrategy Development.

Responsibilities-

The Role is for a MicroStrategy Developer with responsibilities that include Developing MicroStrategy dashboards, reports and application objects in support of reporting solutions.

Requirements-

 Education-

- Bachelors of Engineering in Computer Science or IT, MCA

- Certifications If Any - MicroStrategy MCE or MCEP Certified Professional

Experience Range -

- 8 to 10 years of experience in Microstrategy development

Work Timings - 11:30 am to 8:30 pm (IST)

 Job Location - Gurgaon

Mandatory skills -

- Design, develop, test and deploy dashboards, scorecards, reports and alerts/notifications for the presentation of business metrics according to business user requirements

- Coordinate development of and/or develops BI presentation layers, consistent and integrated with BI applications and warehouse structure and aligned with organizational goals.

- Build report filters, prompts, templates and basic grid/graph report datasets in MicroStrategy.

- Liaise with Business analysts in translating business requirements into reporting solution.

- Define lookup and fact table information that would be used as underlying reporting tables.

- Map database fields to schema objects

- Build the relationship between the attributes, facts and other objects within MicroStrategy.

- Define Hierarchy and drill functionality within MicroStrategy

- Develop support documents for BI applications and provides escalated user support and training.

- Respond to common inquiries or complaints in a professional and customer-centric manner

- Configure MicroStrategy components including Transaction Services, Enterprise Manager, Object Manager, Command Manager.

Desired skills-

- BI Architect experience

- Ability to work with various business teams.

- Experience working with co-located teams across various countries and time zones.

- Netezza, SQL Server, experience a plus.
