Manager - Mergers & Acquisition - FMCG

M&A 40% of the role :

- Drafting different contracts such as procurement contracts, outsourcing contracts, property related contracts including conveyance and leave & license, distributor contracts and contracts with services providers.- 30% of the role

- Advising business on labour issues, marketing schemes, declaration on various packages, consumer grievances, cheque dishonours and subsequent follow-through legal actions.

- Ensuring organizational compliance of the laws and good governance practices, including anti-bribery and adherence/educational campaigns on competition law practices.

- Managing & documenting important legal developments like judicial pronouncements and new law/regulation and communicating the same to all businesses/ stakeholders.
