Manager - Merger & Acquisitions - Conglomerate

Looking for Manager M & A for a multi crore turnover business group in diverse businesses

Qualified CA or B.Tech/ MBA-Finance (from premiere institutes only)

Exp: 3 - 6 years

CTC upto 17lpa

Location Delhi

Reporting to Group CFO

1. Working on various projects on M&A, Capacity expansion, Divestment, Strategic Investments, Building financial models from scratch, Business Valuation Models, , Operational performance analysis, Due-Diligence and FP&A

2. Assisting the Corporate Development team in collectively reaching their annual EBITDA acquisition target

3. Company Research: Perform research on target firms through credit analysis & equity analysis models and generating performance & investment reports on them

Preferable: knowledge of financial modelling, fund management, finaalization of finacial statements
