Position : Manager - Merger &amp; Acquisitions Reporting - General Manager Location : Mumbai Exp : 2-4 yrs CTC : upto 23 Lacs Qualification : CA (1st Attempt)/ MBA Finance Job Role / Objective: - To support in acquisitions, restructuring exercise, divestment, strategic alliances and organic growth efforts in existing and new markets. - Devising M&amp;A strategies, identifying sectors and companies that might be viable business targets - Develop the investment thesis for acquisitions and lead project management for acquisitions/divestitures process - Co-ordinate with external advisors (Investment banks, Attorneys, valuation experts, etc) and internal cross-functional teams on acquisitions/divestitures - Conduct due diligence, financial and business analysis of targets including identifying areas for value creation/synergies - Carrying out financial modelling for supporting the assessment of M &amp;A opportunities (investment, divestment etc.) - Analysis of market conditions and development, competitive landscape and strategic options for various Business Units and Product Groups - Integration planning of completed acquisitions Key Skills - Good communication skills - both written and verbal with a demonstrated ability to communicate firmly and clearly to the business - Strong Analytical &amp; Advisory skills - Excellent presentation skills - Excellent knowledge of corporate M &amp; A skills Required Experience - Ability to work independently, establish priorities and plan, coordinate and execute on assignments - Ability to brief and present senior management and simplify complex issues Competencies - Drive for Results - Active Collaboration - Break through mindset
