Job Title: Manager- Merger & Acquisition Transaction (financial restructuring/due diligence)

Role Description: Financial due diligence/ Restructuring of financials for various purposes

Job Description/KRA's :

- Managing team size of 3-4 people as per he requirement

- Undertaking complex financial restructuring /due diligence assignments for clients

- Evaluating the effect of seasonal/cyclical changes on cashflow requirements

- Analyzing various financial statements

- Assisting in identifying pre/post acquisition issues

- Delivering error free projects on time

KPI :

- Delivering project on time as per the clients requirements

Desired Candidate :

- CA /MBA in Finance with 8-10 years of post qualification experience

- Experience in the field of financial planning and analysis

- Strong analytical and interpersonal skills

- Ready to individually on Projects

- Willingness to travel, when necessary
