- Advising on deal/ transaction structuring, mergers, demergers and restructuring of Indian and foreign corporate, conducting tax due diligence, advising efficient inbound as well as outbound investments with India

- Meeting with promoters and management to understand their requirements

- Advising on various issues involved in transactions from tax and regulatory perspective

- Reviewing transaction documents such as business transfer agreements, scheme of arrangement, service agreements, trust deeds etc.

- Assisting in tax due diligence of private companies and charitable societies

- Regularly participated in the M&A Knowledge Management sessions and delivered presentations on various rulings and circulars
