Job Title : Manager, M&A
Reporting to: Head M&A
Location : Mumbai
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Evaluate Merger Acquisition opportunities for synergies, complementary strengths and strategic fit
- Conduct Due-Diligence, Analyses Finance Statements and present to senior management
- Preparation and negotiation of term-sheet, SPA along with Legal firms
- Coordination with internal stakeholders throughout the M&A process: business teams, finance teams and various corporate functions
- Track and support post-merger integration projects, including governance, detailed planning and implementation
Experience required - 5-10 years
Quantification - CA/MBA Finance with 3+years' experience in M&A in any of large IT services firm
Transaction experience is must
