Job Description :
- Source, identify, evaluate, and help execute potential strategic M&A opportunities
- Support deal sourcing via extensive research, leveraging various public tools, databases, and market intelligence platforms.
- Perform deep analysis of companies based on company information, research reports, and other information sources
- Work cross-functionally with (Product, Engg, Business, Finance, Customer success, SCM etc to support diligence activities.
- Provide insights through data: cohorts analyses, user segmentation & trend analysis etc.
- Support in integration of acquired companies with company ecosystem
