Manager - Merger & Acquisition - BFSI (7-10 yrs)
- We are looking for a candidates with Project Management experience .
- Good understanding of the M&A Lifecycle and process (pre-deal, diligence, valuation and post-deal)
- Strong analytical skills and a commercial approach to resolving issues and providing advice
- Ability to work as part of a team and to show initiative to drive projects forward
- Strong interpersonal skills in addition to strong oral and written communication skills
Qualification:
- Chartered Accountant
- MBA (premier or leading Business Schools),
Work Experience:
- Minimum 5 years post CA qualification / post MBA / post PG experience
- Minimum 3 years experience in advisory, consultancy or an industry based operational role.
