Manager - Merchant Engagement What you will do: - Managing existing partnerships in Lifestyle segments such as Furniture, Apparel, Health & Wellness, Education, etc. - Ensuring activation of transactions of stores/merchants. - Getting the store/merchant staff trained on the processes and customer journey. - Ensuring smooth and proper Dashboards/MIS to the partners for avoiding Recon issues. Connecting with internal stakeholders such as Marketing, Operations, and Sales. What we are expecting: - A minimum of 6 yrs experience in Consumption finance/ Lifestyle finance in managing and increasing the volumes with existing partners. - Bachelor's/PG Degree desired; or equivalent education. - Strong organization and time management skills to meet the call and productivity goals.
