EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION ESSENTIAL: MBA (Finance) or Chartered Accountants with relevant in corporate finance/ investment banking domain.

MINIMUM EXPERIENCE: Overall Experience 4 to 10 Years

Hands on experience of executing & managing end-to-end M&A/ PE (buy-side/ sell side) transactions activities with 360- exposure across all stages of transaction execution.

Big Data Exchange (BDx) is an Asia Pacific focused dedicated Data Centre platform floated by I-Squared Capital. BDx is a content exchange platform built for OTT, content providers and mobile network operators, allowing them to directly reach eyeballs and extend service coverage. The platform is readily connected and peered with Hong Kong, Mainland China and international carrier networks, various data centers and Internet Exchanges (IX) around the world, as well as BDX's own IPX platform which contains rich eyeballs from Mobile Network Operators (MNO) worldwide.

ROLE SUMMARY:

- Unique opportunity to join M&A buy-side role of I-Squared Capital portfolio company focused on Data Center space in the Asia Pacific.

- The role would involve working closely with top management and I-Squared Investment Committee to evaluate & analyze multiple growth opportunities (M&A, JV, Greenfield/ Brownfield) to expand the Data Center footprint across Asia Pacific.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES TOWARDS USER:

- Part of the M&A buy-side team involved in analyzing organic & in-organic growth opportunities.

- Lead transaction execution & management of greenfield/ brownfield and M&A projects.

- Prepare financial projections and analyze financial & operating information to evaluate performance under various operating scenarios and to analyze the impacts of different capital structures and potential M&A transactions.

- Undertake sensitivity analysis under various growth scenarios and provide pros/ cons.

- Responsible to perform valuation analyses using various methodologies including discounted cash flow, trading comparable and transaction comparable.

- Responsible for leading the preparation of presentations and information memoranda to support transaction activity and present to Investment Committee.

- Assist the core M&A team for end-to-end transaction execution including Due Diligence and Documentation activities.

- Actively lead and liaise transaction related activities with all stakeholders: external consultants (lawyers, financial, tax, technical, etc.) and internal team.

- Conduct market study research across multiple geographies for new market entry strategy.
