Location : Chennai (Candidate must be from Chennai only)

Qualification : CS, MCS

Experience : 6-8 yrs

Salary : 15-18 LPA

Age limit : 30-36 yrs

Job Role:

Membership Compliance

- Preparation and submission of Approval notes of Membership applications - Change in Shareholding and directors

- Processing of half yearly net worth submissions, annual submissions, insurance and advertisement

- Processing of the new membership applications for registration and enablement wrt the regulatory requirements

- Continuous guidance to the members wrt various regulatory requirements of the Exchange

- Follow up with members for various regulatory submissions to the Exchange

- Approval of the advertisement requests of the Trading Members as per regulatory requirement

- Scrutinize and examine all DRHP risk factors carefully, meeting with merchant bankers/ company officials to discuss clarifications if any

- Conduct site visits and meet the company officials to ensure that companies are compliant with the specified norms.
