We have an urgent job opening with one of our client which is one of the Big 4 for the position of Manager - Accounts & Markets to be based out in Delhi/NCR.

Job Description :

Markets (50%-60% of total time) :

Accounts :

- Drive the Account program

- Work with CoE Account anchors for top 20-30 G360 Accounts program and select Focus core accounts

- Account Dashboard: Maintaining and tracking account mapping, organize and drive regular update meetings

- Account specific research to enable account program and reach out : lead initiatives on Account specific research, client information, company engagements globally, touchpoints, Global account lead partners, CoE connect with relevant touchpoints for those accounts, etc.

- Solution analysis : Work with CoE Solution champions to provide regular opportunity pipeline and wins, follow up on progress

Pipeline analysis :

- Drive the pipeline analysis by solutions, accounts, partners and regions

- Follow-up action items with account and regional anchors to pursue and win

Regions :

- Assist in regional dashboards and co-ordination. Support the Regional CoE anchors

Collaterals and content development :

- Propositions, capabilities, solutions focus, Talent profile

- Client case studies on large engagement, client feedback, coordinate publishing success stories in global newsletters

Sharepoint update :

- Update the CoE sharepoint on regular basis for talent, key initiatives, key collaboration and win stories

- Marketing and internal communications : Lead important communications initiatives within the department and Service line communications highlighting key achievements, milestones reached, pipeline, new initiatives and other key messaging

- Support regional roadshows and leadership visits, both from content and value proposition perspective

Projects (20% time) :

- Co-ordinate and Lead delivery of strategic centric projects, related marketing campaigns by driving important presentations and marketing materials for the same. This may involve bringing together solution, account and regional champions

- Monitor and report progress on such strategic initiatives

Internal KPI review (20% time) :

- Monthly operations review with Partner, SMs highlighting KPIs, priorities and issues

- Discuss and agree on action items with stakeholders and track them
