Manager - Marketplace - Internet/Online - IIT/NIT/BITS (10-15 yrs)

Job responsibilities

1. Managing product listing and brand on US marketplaces especially Amazon

2. Increase organic visibility as well as manage paid ads of Angara products across US marketplaces including Amazon

3. Take ownership of the sales and ROI targets

4. Oversee the day-to-day marketplace operations, order management, customer service, promotions, account health and performance

5. Plan, manage and scale inventory sales including FBA

6. Manage and mentor a team of 8 members

7. Strategy, Execute and regular monitoring of advertising campaigns along with Amazon A+ content, Amazon and other marketplaces brand store, Amazon Posts, and other initiatives

8. Perform ongoing optimization based on market trends and competition analysis

9. Research and analyze competitors and tweak campaigns and product listing to stay ahead of the competition

10. Work closely with the merchandising, fulfillment, customer service teams to provide a seamless experience.

Required skills :

1. Well-versed with Seller Central of different marketplaces with experience of managing large budgets on Marketplaces Advertising including Amazon Ads.

2. E-commerce business understanding is a must-have.

3. Flexible to work in different shift timings during certain months of the year

4. Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices of marketplaces especially Amazon US

5. Good communication, analytical and excel skills

6. Overall 10+ years of experience in managing marketplaces with 3+ years of team management experience

7. Strong analytical skills
