Manager - Marketing - Surgical Device


Looking someone who has experience with Endo-surgery Products like Surgical Sutures, Tissue Sealants, Hemostats, Hernia, meshes, Staplers, or Intra-Uterine Device.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES :

1. Design, implement and facilitate the marketing plan.

2. Support and facilitate development and implementation of marketing plans.

3. Plan and administer the company's Marketing budget and keep cost in control.

4. Plan and implement sales and customer retention and development

5. Develop promotional material and distribution

6. To prepare market reports and pricing strategies with reviews.

7. Train the marketing team in products/technical/features for prospective client meetings, presentations, etc.

8. Lead a team of Product Managers to achieve business objectives.

9. Industry Scenario SWOT.

10. Responsible for building and measuring Brand Equity and PR.

11. To Increase the reach of promotion by media evaluation

12. To carry out Mailer / SMS campaigns, CME and other promotional activities.

13. To ensure product launch as planned.

14. To design various schemes and offers to generate/increase sales.

15. Build and implement lead cultivation programmes and campaigns for Sales conversion.

16. Enabling customer satisfaction measurement and to understand the need gap.
