Marketing is responsible for driving category marketing including content creation, promotions and marketing campaigns.
RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Drive innovation and bring in new communication ideas on the basis of market research, consumer insights, and business imperatives.
- Chalk out a marketing calendar for PC in conjunction with category teams and work towards execution and implement them
- Liaison with category teams create cutting edge marketing communication across digital, TV/ OOH media
- Own and drive the overall content and influencer marketing pipeline for category
- Work with external and internal teams for creation and implementation of content
- Successfully implementing marketing campaigns across online and offline media to ensure brand saliency of the category
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE :
- 2-4 years of relevant work experience of working on brands managing the communication and brand strategy.
- Has exposure to creative development process, including content and campaign creation and execution
- Needs to have exposure to media planning, Digital planning etc.
- Having strong creative bent of mind, with ability to generate ideas to drive brand visibility
- Has an analytical bent of mind and is able to understand data
- Cross-functional team management skills to liaison with both external agencies and internal stakeholders
- Comes with industry contacts and publisher connections has worked with vendors across domains
- Experience of working in unstructured environment, entrepreneurial in nature
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Self-motivated, aggressive, open to learning with an extremely positive attitude
