Job description:

We are looking for an innovative marketing manager to promote our company's brand and services. In this role, you will be optimizing our marketing strategies, managing the marketing initiative budget, Planning and executing all BTL Marketing Initiatives as well as preparing marketing forecasts plans.

To ensure success, you will need extensive knowledge of marketing strategies and the ability to identify new business leads. An outstanding marketing manager will be someone whose expertise translates into increased brand awareness and profitability.

Marketing Manager's Responsibilities:

- Planning and executing all BTL activities - Events (roadshows, exhibitions, conferences, seminars), promotions (pamphlets, handbills, brochures) and brand/service placement.

- Planning and innovating new marketing initiatives on a regular interval to create brand recall and awareness.

- Generating new business leads and demand in the B2B segment of the market.

- Preparing and presenting quarterly and annual reports to senior management.

- Keeping informed of marketing strategies and trends.

Marketing Manager's Requirement

- Master's degree in business administration, marketing, communications from Tier 1 college.

- 4+ years' work experience in Marketing in a growing tech based Startup in industries like EV/ Telecom/FMCG

- Experience of planning and executing BTL Marketing initiative.

- Experience in B2B demand generation.

- Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns would be added advantage

- Superb leadership, communication, and collaboration abilities.
