A Fashion Tech Startup in the D2C space Growth Mode Startup looking to hire someone to build teams and work closely with the key internal stakeholders and drive astronomical growth. Key responsibilities are: - Design, Develop & Run marketing campaigns and other growth initiatives end-to-end: you will design experiments, develop campaign strategy, and drive execution of the campaign through to completion - Develop marketing strategy by studying economic indicators; tracking changes in supply and demand; identifying customers and their current and future needs; and monitoring competition - Work with a team of marketing managers, responsible for customer engagement across several channels and initiatives - Develop the CRM strategy for retention & reactivation to drive & maintain a constant retention rate across categories. - Reduce cost of acquisition & manage the customer life cycle. - Drive all marketing automation activities to develop and execute end to end user journeys from onboarding to reactivation. - Work with a social media team to monitor the overall social media, email marketing campaigns, to make sure content is relevant and in line with the branding - Create Focus Groups of existing customers for product feedback - Partner with Design, Merchandising & other teams both within marketing and cross-functionally, to deliver results that contribute to overall success - Grow market share by developing marketing plans and programs for product groups and directing promotional support - Manage the brand P&L and partner with all business functions to deliver organization goals and objectives - Present results in weekly, monthly, and quarterly business review meetings to key internal stakeholders and executives Please note this is with a growing startup so only apply if you are ready to get your hands dirty, adapt quickly and grow with the organization. Basic Qualifications: - MBA or equivalent post-graduation, with at least two years of experience in marketing - Demonstrable knowledge of marketing best practices - Strong team player; comfortable working cross function - Passion for marketing metrics and process improvement - Flexible and agile with ability to adapt quickly and be effective in new situations a highly dynamic environment - Possesses passion, energy, a detail orientation, and enthusiasm to drive results - Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to quickly learn Amazon tools and processes - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel.
