Qualification & Experience :
- MBA in Marketing or equivalent from a reputed institution
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science preferred
- 5+ years of relevant Marketing experience in Software/IT Products and Services domain only.
- 2+ years of experience implementing marketing initiatives targeted at US based customers
- Exposure into digital marketing would be preferred
Job Description:
LexInnova is seeking a dynamic Marketing professional who will be responsible for devising and implementing the overall marketing and go-to market strategy of LexInnova's innovative software products and services.

Job Requirement:
- Develops and implements strategic marketing plans to meet business goals
- Develops and manages marketing operating budgets
- Manages the digital channel - Website, blogs, press releases, newsletters, social media, campaign, white paper, marketing collaterals etc.
- Identifies new and effective means of growing customer base through events, sponsorship opportunities, and strategic partnerships
- Develops and recommends product positioning and pricing strategy to grow market share and revenue
- Understand the market and competition
- Builds relationships with industry influencers and key strategic partners
- Ensure SEO/SEM optimization
- Empower & support the pre-sales, sales & support team with marketing aids such as collateral, presentations etc.
- Product launch - plan the launch of new products and releases and manage the cross-functional implementation of the plan
