Marketing Manager

Location- Hyderabad (Anyone interested to relocate to Hyderabad can apply)

Marketing Manager to join the marketing team for our client. As a Marketing Manager, you will need to have a strong understanding of the consumer mind-set and be responsible for generating business leads and delivering targeted communication through various media channels. You will need to drive awareness, engagement and demand generation for our product.

About the role

- Generate leads with an eye on improving conversions across the funnel

- Responsible for product positioning and messaging across website, emails, social media, ads, PR and all other customer-facing channels

- Scale up our B2B content marketing efforts with product datasheets, user guides, case studies, whitepapers and more

- Manage paid marketing channels including AdWords (Search and Display), Bing Ads, LinkedIn, Social and others

- Explore how reach can be extended cost effectively via various growth hacks including B2B partnerships, local language ads (TV/radio), setting up franchises/resellers/DSAs, event partnerships, listings etc.

- Develop customer success stories and case studies. Get organic/paid PR/blog traction in the right channels to the right audience

- Define the marketing mix, understand and measure costs of customer acquisition vs. lifetime value of the customers and measure business performance against targets on an ongoing basis.

- Package, price and position the offering for each sector/ vertical and come up with high-quality collateral.

- Design and implement processes to manage the end-to-end customer lifecycle starting from driving awareness and stimulating trial to enhance loyalty and repeat purchases.

- Quantitatively/qualitatively assess the business case for targeting new sectors and identify routes to market (direct and indirect) and put together the necessary channel partnerships.

- Build a high level of empathy for the end users of the product and be the voice of these users within the company to drive ongoing usability and user experience improvements.

- Consistently assess product usage by customers and fine-tune the product roadmap and operational processes.

Skills

- 5-10 years of relevant experience, preferably in B2B product Marketing

- Looking for an engineering / MBA graduate with a genuine passion for product marketing.

- Strong bias for action with quick iteration

- Demonstrable experience in leading and managing SEO/SEM, PPC marketing database, email, SMM, and display advertising

- Experience working with industry tools and analytics packages including web analytics (google analytics/webmasters tools) and MS Excel

- Demonstrate experience in product marketing and PR, managing projects with multiple stakeholders and multi-tasking between various projects.

- Excellent communication and data presentation skills that allow you to clearly, compellingly, and effectively influence audiences internally and externally, across organization boundaries.
