PURPOSE OF THE JOB: Capture the essence of the whole job in one or two sentences.
JOB FUNCTIONS: List major job functions using simple task statements. For example: Supervises the construction of all new restaurants. (Include % of time spent on each function.)
Innovation: - Time: 20%
- Support in process development and running of new product development projects
- Work as part of cross functional team for all new product development projects, across brands
- Implement consumer researches/ operation tests for the product.
- Support Consumer insights (Market Research) - Time :50%
- Write research briefs.
- Identify research vendors.
- Develop research calendars for each brands.
- Develop competitive rate cards.
- Ensure on time delivery of research.
- Identifying new research tools.
- Brand analysis for marketing co op, management team meetings and new projects.
Independent responsibility:
- Monthly/quarterly brand health presentation to marketing team.
- Support and coordinate brand team to get relevant research analysis from agency.
Media Coordinator: execution excellence in media across TV, press, radio, other mediums - Time % :30%
- Prepare media briefs for the agency.
- Follow through on all media campaigns and ensure timely implementation (press/TV/outdoor etc).
- Track implementation, develop reports on activity.
- Build relations with channels and publications for better media coordination.
- Reconciliation of media delivery post implementation vs plans.
- Coordination with teams for media brief and implementation.
- Supervising bill payments to all media vendors.
- Independent responsibility:
- Managing relationship independently with channels/other media providers.
- Internet Marketing, SMS marketing, new media, if any.
- Manage agreements and payment terms and conditions with media agency.
- Liase with franchise partners for communication and approval of media plans like outdoors, print etc.

WORKING RELATIONSHIPS: List positions or external contacts with whom this person interacts regularly.

EDUCATION: MBA.
EXPERIENCE (and other qualifications): Minimum 6 yrs
- Ideally, atleast 2-3 yr experience in brand management (not a research or media specialist)
- Communication Skills.
- Relations building/networking.
- Hard working and strong execution capability.
