We are looking for a talented and competitive marketing and sales operations professional who can thrive in a progressive sales cycle environment. Digital Marketing and Inside Sales role, candidate will be responsible for developing and executing the enterprise teams online and content marketing strategy. The ideal candidate is well-rounded: analytical, and metrics-driven. Additionally, the successful candidate will play a key role in identifying opportunities to enable revenue growth targets. Must be self-driven and comfortable with making multiple calls per day, generating interest and awareness, qualifying leads and closing sales.

Your job scope will include :

- Self-contributor role with a progressive team management responsibility over 3 to 6 months with a split of 70:30 between marketing and inside sales

- Plan and execute digital marketing strategies, marketing database, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns. Utilize the strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints

- Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights. Plan, execute and measure experiments and conversion tests.

- To create campaigns that deeply integrate with our products/programs

- Build and manage lead pipeline of multi-discipline education programs from globally renowned B - Schools such as Stanford, NUS, Purdue, UT Austin, and Great Lakes

- Responsible for adherence of the inside sales process, tools and data management

- Demonstrates ability to leverage internal relationships with other departments to move the lead through pipeline stages

- Organize and lead marketing feedback meetings (internal), as appropriate

- Demonstrates an infectious positive attitude toward the job, the team, and the organization

Job Requirements :

- Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEM, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns

- Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage & convert.

- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement

- Proven inside sales/ consultative selling experience with a consistent track record of exceeding acquisition targets

- Excellent verbal, written communication, listening and data analysis skills

- Strong phone presence

- Demonstrated advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office

- An entrepreneurial spirit to work in a start-up culture with a diverse and global talent pool

- Demonstrated ability to manage and prioritize multiple programs. Flawless follow-up skills to ensure that leads move to closure

- Ability to be pleasantly persistent with customers. Must enjoy customer interaction and has a positive attitude and pleasant phone manners

- Ability to succeed in a revenue oriented and sales focused environment

- Ability to work with limited direct day to day management

- Should be flexible to stretch if business or team demands
