Marketing Manager - South - Luxury Real Estate Group


This role is looking for an experienced marketing professional to:

- Assist in development of overall brand strategy for residential business including individual project brands in southern markets

- Lead execution of brand plans and go-to-market strategies which include pre-launch, launch and sustenance initiatives

- Drive and monitor brand salience, customer demand and sales conversion for improved brand equity, powering new product launches

- Staying abreast of top trends, industry best practices and evolving customer expectations through industry study, research and close tracking of marketing actions across the industry

- Actively support sales strategy to ensure achievement of monthly and quarterly business plans

Key result areas include but are not limited to:

- Co-develop and execute marketing and brand plans to deliver agreed conversion and equity KPIs

- Execute customer and trade focused marketing campaigns including ATL, BTL and digital ones as part of the marketing plan

- Ensure strong and consistent brand messaging across channels and marketing ecosystems like events, media campaigns, web pages, social and digital media and promotional materials

- Analyze brand consumer behavior, retail tracks and market feedback to assess overall brand health and for individual projects

- Plan and execute the entire customer journey starting from the pre-marketing stage, identifying opportunities to reach new market segments and expand market share

Key Matrix of this role will include:

1. Revenue, volumes and market segment share

2. Brand A&M spends including media, research, events and activations

3. Deep understanding of channel partners and trade marketing approach to drive strategy

4. Extensive engagement with media, creative, digital and event partners for the execution of various aspects of the overall marketing plan
