Reporting Lead - Investor Services Marketing

Location - Mumbai

Objective : 

- Enhance overall brand and market reputation across select Investor Services businesses such as Capital Markets, Industrial, Retail, Hotels & Hospitality,

- Land, Alternatives, Strategic Consulting and services such as Research through aspects of Marketing Strategy, Content writing and marketing,

- Events, External and Internal communications and digital marketing support.

- The role is responsible for supporting marketing activities across all JLL offices in India on relevant business lines.

Accountabilities

- Marketing - External and Internal 

- Content Marketing - Assist the business lines in strategically marketing the content created by them in the most planned manner. Content writing will be an integral part of the role, hence the person must possess good grasping skills in creating new content marketing opportunities

Business Line Marketing - Assist assigned businesses in defining their most appropriate target audience and ensure our marketing messages reach this audience.

Events - Conceptulise, plan and execute business line and firm-level events (in conjunction with event partners). Be the alliances and partnerships SPOC for the organisation for trade bodies and industry associations such as CREDAI, CII, FICCI, NASSCOM etc.

- Digital Campaings - Craft and run the strategy on business generation through EDMs, Website, Newsletters, Intranet and Extranet.

- Run / Cascade Regional campaigns and initiatives in synergy with the global team across various business lines in India for purposes of driving culture, maintaining brand consistency, best practices and other business programs

- Engage with various business stakeholders and provide marketing support for an effective go to market strategy. Be the strategic marketing advisor for all relevant business heads.

- Partners with the PR team to ensure that new assignments, transactions, event, research reports are actively pitched to the media

- Oversight of external resources and vendors for creative services, printing, production, merchandise, etc. for cost, quality and timelines.

- Drive and oversee the unit team on various initiatives along with the Group

- Marketing Team, aligned to corporate marketing guidelines.

- Business Development Marketing

- Develops professional BD collateral to support BD efforts

- Has to be extremely good with English language, presentations, capability brochures, case studies, video making and work with the creative team to design and print them

- Work on various RFPs and write BD proposals, as a part of the new business development pitch process

Behavioral Competencies:

- Good grasp of English language as well as content generation and marketing the same in innovative manner is a must

- Effective mix of strategic and tactical thought process

- Diligent and focused on Execution

- Eye for Detail is a must

Required Qualifications & Experience :

A management graduate with 4-5 years of experience, encapsulating various marketing skills (brand, marketing and offline marketing) with a flair for Content Writing 

- Prior Services Marketing Experience is desired

- Agency background is not necessary but will be an added advantage if from industries such as Technology and Consulting or Banking.

- Worked with established brands

The candidate must possess:

- Strong written communications skills and an extremely good hold on English language -Very important

- Understanding of strategic content marketing and business development

- Understanding of cross-selling and multiple service delivery

- Ability to work with cross functional teams and matrixed responsibilities both supervisory and reporting
