Manager - Marketing - Real Estate (9-15 yrs)

Purpose of the role :

- Collaborate with the central marketing team and Business teams to create strategic marketing and branding plans to support the brand awareness charter and support BD pipeline for the CoWrks - Coworking business for our client pan India. 


Candidate to be responsible for overall campaign, collaterals designing & execution for product launch, re-launch, regional go-to-market campaigns, and new market entry initiatives,


- Support Channels/ partners driven go-to-market campaigns from a marketing standpoint, Support Consultant co-branding activities from a marketing standpoint.


- Managing sponsorships, IPR events, onground engagement activations and reaching outline. Handle marketing activities of CoWrks - Pan India.


Job Responsibilities :

1. Strategic role to understand the competition and work with agencies and team to create unique positioning for CoWrks and company integration.

2. Organize and oversee communication campaigns, exhibitions and promotional events

3. Prepare and manage a marketing plan for an intended centre, service, idea or event

- Oversees the production of all marketing materials, including printed documents & VR tours/ Walkthru etc.

4. Assist in the formulation of strategies to build a lasting digital connection with consumers

- Plan and monitor the ongoing company presence on social media (Twitter, Facebook, Instagram etc.)

5. Launch optimized online adverts through Google Adwords, Facebook etc. to increase company and brand awareness

6. Be actively involved in SEO efforts (keyword, image optimization etc.)

7. Maintain partnerships with clients

Domain Expertise :


 "MUST HAVE" professional experience and skill set for the position :

1. Content Marketing, Digital Marketing, Social Media Marketing, Branding, Marketing Communication, SEM, Media Strategy Promotions, PR Campaigns, advertising, marketing, Events management and conceptualisation, collateral development and have handled design coordination with agencies and detailed briefing sessions.

2. Experience in Marketing-Communication preferably in the B2B space. Acumen in development of marketing plans tied to sales goals, objectives, metrics and outcomes.

3. Experience in customer feedback, competitor analysis, planning & managing events/PR/media relations, industry associations, Go to market. Must have outstanding writing, messaging, copywriting, and storytelling skills.

4. Proven experience in content marketing, content design and creation across media types

5. Experience in audience segmentation and persona development to aid in content mapping

6. Commitment to quality, accuracy, and consistency including adherence to performance parameters
