Job brief

We are looking for a Deputy Head of Marketing who'll lead all our marketing activities from social media and digital campaigns to advertising and creative projects, from FMCG domain. Your responsibilities include developing plans to help establish our brand, allocating resources to different projects and setting short-term and long-term department goals. If you're a skilled Marketing strategist, able to inspire your team members, we'd like to meet you. Ultimately, you will run our Marketing department in ways that promote higher profitability and competitiveness.

Primary roles & responsibilities include:

1. Craft strategies for all Marketing teams, including Digital, Advertising, Communications and Creative

2. Design branding, positioning and pricing strategies

3. Prepare and manage monthly, quarterly and annual budgets for the Marketing department.

4. Set, monitor and report on team goals

5. Analyze consumer behavior and determine customer personas

6. Identify opportunities to reach new market segments and expand market share

7. Craft quarterly and annual hiring plans

8. Monitor competition (acquisitions, pricing changes and new products and features)

9. Coordinate Sales and Marketing efforts to boost brand awareness

Essential requirements are:


- 2 to 5 years of Digital Marketing exposure.

- Good communication skills and clarity of thought while discussing ideas

- Strong understanding of various digital platforms

- Comfort with operating in the VUCA environment
