Job description : - Drive initiatives in order to adhere to sales target - Undertake market and competitor research and trends and ensure sharing of market intelligence with the top management - Research the experience of the customer in interacting with the organization and drive improvements - Pioneer and implement measurable strategies that will drive hard revenue goals and increase awareness at the national and global levels - Developing business cases for development projects and improvement initiatives - Recognizes promising ideas and finds ways to introduce them into the company's future plans and discards ideas that are ineffective, costly, or beyond the scope of the company's mission or abilities to develop - Target viewers based on segmentation, optimize media spends based on effectiveness and measure ROI; Leverage analytics to track marketing effectiveness - Adeptly manage different agency partners (creative, online & offline media, research etc.) and other vendors to get them to deliver high quality output within defined marketing budget and timelines - Help to build brand affinity and loyalty for our products through thoughtful brief writing that generates targeted and succinct messages in advertising, in-store, and promotional materials - Manage presence and content creation on social networking sites including LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook and Instagram with the objective to increase visit conversions - Drive digital media spends for, to meet digital and brand objectives of the marketing campaigns. Undertake initiatives to drive website sales to reduce customer acquisition cost - Optimize marketing automation and lead nurturing processes through email, content, and social channels - Gather inputs from consumer insights, coordinate for Consumer Preference Testing & initiate new product launch - Explore opportunities to launch new formats of stores and analyze their expected impact on the business as a whole KPI : - Design Marketing department KPI Dashboard and monitor performance. - Sales target adherence - LFL trends and timely alerts - Top of mind - ROI - NPS - Online (web and app) sales growth and as a % of overall growth - Cost of customer acquisition and first visit conversions (online) - Customer growth, frequency, attrition, spend, retention, satisfaction - GRP cost - Number of successful NPD launched
