- Builds a vision and a strategic plan for the specific category BMC mix ( Business Market & Customer) including clear opportunities for PBs, Ceiling Tiles & Substrates, Compounds & Metal Frames. 


- Thinks strategically, able to translate opportunities into a clear marketing plan and campaigns with concrete actions. These plans should leverage Marcom and digital campaigns. 


- Monitors and take corrective action of the plan.

- Applies disciplined New Product Introduction marketing framework.

2. Market & Customer Requirements is defined as the following : 


- Able to analyze the market dynamics including market, customer & competition. 


- Able to translate the customer needs into solutions to hand over to product marketing to influence the Product roadmaps

3. Pull Marketing Campaigns & Lead Generation is defined as the following :

- Drives the marketing activation mainly with balanced PULL marketing, retain promotion and push activities; 


- Drives clear lead generation and marketing communications campaigns and activities that drive the funnel for sales

4. Right Value Proposition is defined as the following :

- Offers competitive and differentiating value propositions for the customer addressing main pain points and ensuring maximum business impact. 


- Differentiates versus top competitors, and customizes the approach based on customer potential (strategic/recurrent/ profitable) positioning the full portfolio Systems & Solutions offer

5. Stakeholder Management is defined as the following :

- Develops sustainable relationships with customers and partners by triggering an effective and profound dialogue with a win-win mindset (profitable solutions for all). 


- Gains credibility by creating positive long term impact

6. Team Skills & Influencing is defined as the following :

- Identifies capabilities required to win in the market and delight customers. 


- Brings the right team together leveraging respective areas of expertise.
