Manager - Marketing Operations & Finance - Pharma/Chemicals

A. Responsible for the marketing operations, budget and the process of payments.

- Responsible for all Finance/ Payment related processes for the Marketing Team

- Responsible for creating the marketing budget and managing its utilization by the marketing team

- Responsible for processes of all marketing payments, and vendor management handled by two direct reportees.

B. Responsible for all Marketing Admin and Operations

- Monitor and measure marketing performance by analysing data from performance indications and providing actionable insights to help improve the effectiveness and efficiency of our marketing campaigns

- Managing marketing operations and hence liaising with corporate functions, such as HR, Legal, Finance, Admin, IT, Commercials etc. to ensure the marketing teams, both local and international, get all the support they need and that they follow processes

and adhere to company policies

- Making travel and meeting arrangements for the marketing team

- Organising small events/ quarterly townhalls for the marketing team
