BRAND MANAGER :
RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Develop brand plans for short and long term marketing projects Image and positioning vs. competitors Implement marketing initiatives and strategies
- Market research to know customers perception and behavior Research and apply new trends
- Implement advertising campaigns
- P&L marketing department
- Negotiation with advertising and media professionals PPRR (developing company social culture with media and celebrities)
- Review and analyze sales results Engage organization around brand vision Assist franchisers with implementation of company marketing strategies
- Organize promotional events at trade shows and other venues, coordinating with our staff to ensure prompt delivery of materials and merchandise
- Hire and train a team of marketing associates to coordinate events and conduct outside sales
- Identify weaknesses in existing marketing campaigns and develop pragmatic solutions within budgetary constraints
- Communicate with senior management about marketing initiatives and project metrics, as well as to brainstorm fresh strategies
