Manager - Marketing - Media/Marketing Intelligence Space (8-14 yrs)

The Role

Objective: Retain talent and create internal brand ambassadors.

- Establish and drive an internal branding and communication strategy

- Articulate an Employer Value Proposition

- Determine approach to be amongst the Top 100 places to work

- Plan a campaign to improve Glassdoor reviews

- Ensure initiatives and projects are successfully communicated to employees and stakeholders

- Communicate effectively with all internal stakeholders within the company to seek compelling stories

- Write informative and compelling communications materials

- Handle responses to crisis situations which affects perception and reputation

- Develop and deliver events on time, be it internal or external- Meetup/Internal Hackathon

- Responsible for all events, from budgets to project manage them

Objective: Attract top talent and build external visibility

- Creating visibility for our brand as an employer of choice through effective employer branding opportunities

- Building and nurturing relationships with media to enhance the brand

- Create, execute, track and continuously improve media relations plan and master narrative to raise the profile of the company and our senior leaders

- Write informative and compelling communications materials, including press release, media advisories, talking points, fact sheets, thought leadership articles, speeches etc

- Drive and improve visibility of the company and its spokespeople in conferences and events through speaking opportunities and sponsorship's

- Protect and enhance our reputation as a responsible corporate citizen

- Drive crisis reputation management

- Establish the company as a marketing intelligence leader in various digital platforms

- Establish an ongoing robust relationship with agencies and industry associations
